NHEL KONGKEA
My name is Nhel Kongkea and I was one of the students of the Missione Possibile School. I am 21 years old and come from Tropeang ang village, Krangleav commune, Bati district in Takeo province. My father’s name is Nhel Oul. He is 57 years old. My mother’s name is Meas Chanthy, and she is 58 years old. Both of them are farmers. I am the third child in the family – I have a brother and a sister – and I am not married. My sister is the eldest sibling. Her name is Nhel Chantheoun. She is a factory worker, is married, and has a son. My brother is a factory worker too, but he is not married.
I studied at the Missione Possibile School starting in 2009 and graduated in 2021. Studying there, was a great time for me. I had many good friends and teachers, and I enjoyed the school program while always following the school’s rules and regulations. After my graduation, I was given the opportunity to teach the little kids at the Missione Possibile Primary School. My dream of becoming a teacher became true.
My first day of teaching was the most memorable day for me. It was difficult, and I felt so nervous because I didn’t have any experience in teaching yet, and meeting some of my old teachers made me shy too. Now, I feel better and more confident. I understand more about my students and I get used to teaching.
I have developed good relationships with the students and all the teachers. Teaching and learning together is fun and I hope that my experience and passion for this job would make me a good teacher, who fully fits the school’s needs. I am thankful to Mission Possible School for being kind and for inspiring me, especially by giving me this opportunity. I wish all the team and all the students good health, success, and joy.
